Conditions

• A valid Zingela Club membership must be shown.
• Reward price is for a two storey 1,250 sq ft property with Entrance hallway, house w/c, lounge/diner, kitchen/breakfast room, stairwell, first floor landing, 3 bedrooms and house bathroom
• Larger houses will be priced separately but the 10% savings reward will still apply.
• Paint and labour included for two coats including woodwork.
• Dark to light colour changes require extra coats of paint which will increase the cost.
• Floor protection if required may be charged as an extra.
